Located on 142 private acres in Central Texas, The Vincent Homestead is a premier whitetail and exotic hunting ranch with 5-star lodging, a private chef, and a team with a genuine heart for service and the outdoors.
We host a maximum of three hunters per weekend. The entire property is yours. Every blind. Every acre. Every feeder. One group at a time.
Your guide knows your name before you arrive. Your fridge is stocked with your favorites before you walk through the door. The details are handled before you think to ask — so all you have to do is hunt.
We hunt from Banks Outdoors blinds — the industry standard in insulated, weatherproof hunting equipment — and we're proud to be an authorized dealer. Come experience them on the property and take one home if you want.
Trophy Opportunities
Our property features elite genetics — whitetail bucks scoring in the 200+ range, trophy axis deer, and blackbuck antelope. Trophy fees are separate from the lodge and guide package and are based on the animal harvested.

The Ranch
Four years ago Todd Vincent set out to build something intentional — a genetics program focused on producing trophy-class whitetail on this property. UNO, the first buck born on the property carries the legacy and still roams the 142 acres heading into his fourth season. The herd is monitored daily through a Wi-Fi trail camera network — tracking movement patterns, horn development, and overall health.
The land is managed just as carefully. Food plots, weekly protein feeding, and supplemental alfalfa keep the herd in peak condition year-round. By the time you step into a blind, your guide already knows what walked through overnight.
Todd has hunted across the world — and every great experience came back to one thing. An experience you can't wait to share. Better yet — one you actually shared with your people. The hunt, the weekend, the memories. That's what The Vincent Homestead hunting experience is built around.

Your guide is assigned to you for the whole weekend. He knows your name, your experience level, and your target animal before you ever pull through the gate.
The Saloon
Poker table, fire pit, Euro mounts dating back to Todd's first buck in 1981. An indoor-outdoor gathering space built for stories that follow every great hunt.
Private chef on property from Friday through Sunday. Five meals crafted around the rhythm of the hunt and your favorite snacks and drinks stocked before you arrive.
The Gun Room
Walk through the safe door into a custom-designed gun room built for tune-ups, and the kind of conversations that only happen after a great hunt.
Selah Lodge is yours for the full weekend. Six private bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, game room, pool table, and lakeside views from every angle.
Shooting Range & Fishing
Confirm your zero at stations from 100 to 450 yards on steel targets before the first hunt. Then grab a rod — our 7-acre lake is loaded with Florida hybrid bass.
Your Dedicated Guide
Your guide is assigned to you the whole weekend. A week before the hunt he gives you a call — to get to know you, your experience level, your target animal, and your preferences before you spend an entire weekend together in a blind
On the property he's with you every session — helping you identify the right animal, reading the conditions, and making sure the camera is rolling when it counts. After a harvest, the hero shots happen before anything else moves. From there he coordinates the caping, the taxidermist, and the processor so you're not making calls on the way home.
After the weekend your guide stays in contact — checking in on the mount, the processing, and making sure you get early access to dates before the next season opens.
Your Lodging Experience
Selah Lodge
Six private bedrooms. Five and a half bathrooms. Complete with open-concept living area with lake views, game room, hot tub, pool table and shuffleboard. The Saloon just steps away. Selah — a Hebrew word meaning pause and reflect. You'll understand why the moment you walk in.

Friday

Wild animals offer no guarantee of harvest. The Vincent Homestead hunting experience is non-refundable. Unused hunting time does not carry over to future visits.
2026 Season Availability
The Vincent Homestead is opening two hunting weekends for the 2026 season. October 16-18 and December 11-13. Maximum three hunters per weekend. Both dates are now open for inquiry.
